Rosarno is one of the newest planned communities in South Lee County. Sharing a border with Shadow Wood Preserve, it is located on over thirty-two acres adjacent to the Mullock Creek in San Carlos Park, Lee County, off of Tamiami Trail (US-41). With less than six units per acre the privacy is great with a high convenience factor since it is near Publix and WinnDixie, Coconut Point Center, Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets, and FGCU.
Homes are offered in two distinct buildings - the 6-unit Rimini and the 16-unit Pomaro. All homes have a garage with brick paver driveways or walkways and are hurricane resistant. The community offers over eighteen acres of green space and preserves as well as a soothing lake or preserve view from every unit. The lake itself is over four acres and includes a fountain. Rosarno boasts wide roads and sidewalks as well as lush landscaping which makes being outdoors a joy.
Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness facilities, a heated pool, tennis and basketball courts, playground and bbq and picnic area scattered throughout the community.
The developers of Rosarno are Frank Cooper, Jeff Henning and Robert Rehm, through Mullock Creek Development, LLC. Together they have extensive development experiences in residential communities in Southwest Florida. Some of their previous communities include Eagle Ridge Lakes in Fort Myers, Villa Avellino, Azzurro and Flamingo Fairways in Naples and Club Marco, Waterway Point and Bayfront Place in Marco Island.
